How it works
Four steps. No surprises.
A renovation should be exciting, not stressful. Here's exactly what happens between "we're thinking about it" and the day you're standing in the finished room.
Step 1
The free in-home consultation.
We come to your house at a time that works for you. We walk the space with you, listen to what's not working and what you want, and talk honestly about budget. No pressure, no sales pitch. You'll know by the end whether we're the right fit.
- At your home, on your schedule
- Ideas and options on the spot
- Honest talk about budget and timing
- Free, always

Step 2
Design and a written proposal.
We lay out the room, pick finishes that work together, and put the whole scope in writing: what's included, what it costs, and how long it takes. You approve every selection before anything is ordered, so there are no surprise invoices later.
- Layout and selections you can see
- Scope spelled out line by line
- Permits handled by us
- A schedule before we start
Step 3
The build, with one point of contact.
One crew that handles carpentry, tile, drywall, paint, plumbing, electrical and HVAC, coordinated by us. Floors and paths are protected, the work zone is sealed off, and the site is cleaned every evening. You get one number to call, and it's ours.
- One team, every trade
- Protected floors, sealed work zone
- Clean site every night
- Updates you don't have to chase

Step 4
The walkthrough. To the finest degree.
Before we call it done, we go through the room together, detail by detail: every reveal, every caulk line, every door swing. If something isn't right, we fix it. Nothing is finished until you say it is.
- Detail-by-detail walkthrough
- Punch list handled, not argued
- Done when you say so
- We're a call away after
Good questions
Things people ask before they start.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. The visit and the estimate are free, with no obligation. We'd rather you know what your project involves than guess.
Do we have to move out?
Almost never. We seal off the work zone and protect the rest of the house. For a kitchen, we set up a temporary spot for the essentials.
Who's actually in my house?
Pinpoint's crew, coordinated by one of the owners. You'll know who's coming and when, and you'll have one number to call.
What if we change our mind partway through?
It happens. We price the change in writing before doing it, so you decide with the real number in front of you.
