About Pinpoint
Two local partners who can't leave a detail alone.
Pinpoint Home Services is a design-build renovation company in Collegeville, PA, run by Bobby Kershner and Dan Mindicino. The name is the standard.
Our story
Renovations to the finest degree.
We started Pinpoint because we'd seen too many "finished" rooms that weren't: trim that didn't meet, tile that drifted, three whites in one house. Homeowners deserve a contractor who sees those things before they do, and fixes them without being asked.
So that's the company. Kitchens, bathrooms, basements and whole-home work across Montgomery County and the surrounding counties, with one team handling every trade and one of us on every project from the first walkthrough to the last.
Bobby Kershner
Lives in Limerick. The one who'll talk through your ideas and your budget at the kitchen table, and who checks the reveal on the last cabinet door before anyone goes home.
Dan Mindicino
Runs the projects day to day: the crew, the schedule, the quality on site. If you have a question during the build, Dan is the answer.
What we stand on
Four things we won't compromise.
- Unmatched precision
Every reveal, every joint, every line checked twice. It's the standard we named the company after.
- Experienced professionals
A crew with a collective background in home renovation, skilled in every trade a house needs.
- Tailored solutions
Every home is unique and your vision matters. We design around how you live, then build exactly that.
- Exceptional quality
Top materials, the right techniques, and work that still looks right ten years from now.
